- Focus: In these one-on-one sessions, we delve into each of your Enneagram types and attachment styles, uncovering specific areas for personal and relational development. The aim is to equip each of you with the knowledge and direction needed to embark on your own journey of self-improvement.

Session 4: Integrating and Planning Forward
- Focus: Based on the individual insights gained from the first three meetings, we will summarize the areas you can work on in your relationship. This information can be taken to a coach, counselor, or couples therapist to assist with the process of improving your relationship.
